Petitioner added that he also thought there was another man in it. . ■ His Honor: Have you made inquiries! Petitioner replied that his wife was formerly engaged to another man, but threw him over because he was out of work. "I was working at the time, so I suppose that was why she took mc." He suspected that his wife had now gone back to the other man. A decree was granted.
