The Air Ministry's official records reveal that a Canadian Air Force member named Brown shot down Captain RicHt6feh, the fafiiouS German airmail, thus contradicting Australia's war history*,, which credits Australian Lewis guiiners feat. The Air Ministry, the special rt£r<*of thfe "Sun" learns, is not likely to bold a court of inquiry to settle the controversy. Both Brown ahd the Lewis gunners were firing. simultaneously. Nothing more definite is known.
