Having completed her cleaning and painting, the Union Company's steamer Kawatirl nndocked this morning, and berthed at the western side of the Queen's wharf. She is announced to take her departure for Sydney at _ o'clock this afternoon. THE TEKOA. According to the latest advice received by the local office of the New Zealand Shipping Company, the steamer Tekoa is expected to leave Tokomaru Bay on Sunday for Aucklnnd, where she is due to arrive on Monday morning. After taking in cargo at this port she is to proceed to-Wellington for final loading, being scheduled to sail from the last-named port on December 12 for London via Panama. WHANGAPE ARRIVED. Arriving from Sydney shortly after eight o'clock last evening, the Union Co.'s steamer Whangape underwent medical Inspection before herthing nt the King's wharf. The vessel loaded coal at Newcastle, and then proceeded to Sydney to fill up with general cargo. She also took on board a quantity of mall matter hefore sailing for Auckland on Wednesday afternoon last. MAHANA DEPARTED. To complete discharge of her cargo from London, the Shaw, Savill and Albion Line steamer Mahana took her departure from Auckland for Fort Chalmers shortly before seven o'clock this morning. HORORATA SAILED. A departure from Auckland early last evening was the New Zealand Shipping Company's steamer Hororata fur Genoa, with a cargo of New Zealand produce. From Genoa the Ilurorata is to proceed to London to complete discharge. TOE WAITEMATA. At Westport to-morrow the Union Company's steamer Waitemata will load a cargo of coal for discharge at Auckland. From this port she is to proceed to Lautoka and Vancouver, having been tixed to load on the Pacific Coast for New Zealand ports. THE SUTTON HALL. Now discharging New York cargo, the chartered steamer Sutton Hall is expected to leave Auckland at midday to-morrow for Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin and Bluff to complete discharge. The Sutton Hall is berthed at the Prince's wharf. THE MAIMOA, A projected departure from Auckland this afternoon was the Shaw, Savill and Albion Line steamer Maimoa, for Wellington. The Maimoa arrived at Auckland over the week-end from Liverpool, via Australian ports. THE SIERRA NEVADA. In continuation of her voyage from Pacific Coast ports, the Union Company's chartered steamer Sierra Nevada is timed to sail for Wellington at midday to-morrow. The steamer is at the western side of the Prince's wharf. EXCURSIONS TO iPICTON". An announcement that the new oil-burning steamer Tamahine will make week-end excursions from Wellington to I'ictou auu -Marlborough Sounds, "commencing on December 26, is made by the local office of tne Union Co. On her return trips the TamaMue will leave I'ictou on Sunday evenings. Special fares have been advertised.

HACRAKI FROM PACIFIC COAST. Coming from Pacific Coast porta with timiier, case oil, and general cargo, the Union Co.'s motor freighter Haurakl is expected to arrive at Auckland from San Francisco at 4 o'clock this afternoon, fine will undergo medical luspection in tne stream before berthing at the Prince s wharf to unload the local portion of her cargo. Later she will proceed to Wellington and Australian ports to complete discharge.

THE WEST ISLIP. Messrs. Henderson and Macfarlane advise that they hope to dispatch the Swayne and Hoyt Line steamer AVest Isllp for Lyttelton, Dunedin and Melbourne to-morrow night. She was previously announced to snil on Friday. The West Islip arrived at Auckland towards the end of last week with timber, case oil and general cargo from iPaciiic Coast ports.

THE DEVON. For Auckland, where she will carry out her final loading for London and West Coast of United Kingdom ports, the Federal Line steamer Devon left Gisbome last evening. On arrival in this harbour late to-night or early to-morrow morning the vessel will anchor in the stream before berthing at the Central wharf. She is expected to take her final departure on Monday of next week. THE REMUERA. Discharge of the Home cargo from the New Zealand Shipping Co."s liner Remuera is «being carried out nt the Queen's wharf, and efforts are being made to dispatch the vessel for Wellington during the week-end. On completion of her discharge at the capital port she will carry out a Homeward loading programme, being scheduled to sail finally for the United Kingdom on January THE MIDDLESEX. At the powder anchorage at Motuihl today, the Federal Line steamer Middlesex commenced discharge of her part cargo oi explosives. She is expected to come into port to-morrow, when sue will berth at the Queen's wharf to unload the Auckland portion of her general cargo before proceeding to Wellington, Lyttelton. and Dunedin to complete discharge. On her recent voyage the Middlesex loaded at West Coast of England ports and took-her final departure from Liverpool on October 24. Average weather was experienced when crossinz the Atlantic, and the vessel arrived at Colon on November 9.
