RAILWAY REGULATIONS.
Several cases were heard at tlie Police Court this morning '.-oncernin_ breaches of the railway regulations. Senior Sergeant Edwards prosecuted, For travelling further- than his railway ticket permitted. J. Bagnlcy was fined £3 and easts, while on a charge of evading payment of his railway fare, John Fa hey was ordered to pay a similar fine, together with £1 11/ costs, C. B. E. Menzies. who was charged with failing to proffer his railway ticket. »■_ also mulcted in the sum of £3 and costs.
