DISGUISED DETECTIVES. WAITING FOR RAIDS. LONDON, October 24. Scotland Yard men have been watching the National Provincial Bank, at Bishopgate, for a long time, disguised as bank messengers, commissionaires, and newsboys, while two, dressed as plumbers have been working all day inside, owing to expected raids, especially on Thursdays, when the bank was distributing funds tp its branches. To-day, three men belonging to tbe East End, who had been loitering near, were arrested and hustled into taxieabs. They were later sentenced to three months' imprisonment.
