ANTI-PROHIBITION VOTE. MAJORITY PASSES 32,000. The full count of the returns on the licensing issue has not yet been completed, many absentee and seamen's votes having yet to be included, while there are returns also from outlying booths in some of the electorates which have not yet been announced.
