SERIOUS CHARGE AGAINST BOY. ; The trial of William Sinclair (Mr. Sellars), on a charge of manslaughter in connection with the death of Mrs- Kate Dowding on May 17, 1924, as a result of being knocked down by the car accused was driving, was concluded iv the Supreme Court yesterday afternoon before Mr. Justice Herdman." The afternoon sitting was taken up with the evidence for the defence. The jury was absent about half aa hour, and returned a verdict of not ,„:._■.: v . _JL___
