Stephen, who was of convivial habits, good-naturedly allowed her to join her half-brother, Robert, * ""1 Earl of Gloucester, at Bristol. At the Battle of Lincoln, Stephen was stunned by a stone, taken prisoner, and lodged in Bristol Castle. _ -~^^k
