RIVAL FACTION FIGHTS. PEKING, November 1. Official reports originating from agents' of the allied central provinces in Nanking and Hankow assert that a division ' of Fengicn troops mutinied and looted Nsuchow. They then retreated, whereupon allied forces occupied Nsuchow. According to Marshal Wu Pci-fu's headquarters, the Ilnnan and Tupan provinces have jrined the allied forces.
