MAN AND WIFE DIE.
APPARENT MURDER, SUICIDE. A TASMANIAN TRAGEDY. (Received 12.30 p.m.) HOBART. this day. Mrs- Saxby, wife of a farmer, was found in a farmyard with a deep wound over the eye. She is unlikely to survive. Her husband was discovered in a nearby paddock with his throat cut. a shearinc blade sticking in his chest and. piercing his heart. The couple lived happily, but Saxby has lately been strange in his behaviour. — (A. and N.Z. Cable.)
