SUNDAY SCHOOL UNION.
PRIZES PRESENTATION. The annual prize-giving in connection with Auckland Sunday School Union took place on Saturday night at the Town Hall. The attendance was large, over 100 Sunday schools being represented. The president, Mr. W. D. M. Glaister, presented banners to the Epsom Methodist, Mount Albert Baptist, Great North Road Methodist, and Swanson Sunday schools, which headed the lists of various grades in the Sunday schoo* examinations. The prizes were handed to the winners by Mrs. Glaister. An interesting programme of musical items was gone through. Hymns were sung by the scholars, and the boys ot St. Stephen's College gave four choral items in fine style. Sir. R. Adams contributed a xylophone solo, and the children from Manurewa Children's Home also took part in the evening's entertainment.
