REMOVAL OF DUTY. •

It must be imtcd thai this suspension does not become operative immediately and when it ;l take effect the full duty mv. I be paid on all imports which arc not covered by permit issuable by the Department of Industries and Commerce. Before arranging importations importers must secure, by application to the Department, a permit for the quantity it is desired to bring in. Permits will not be issued otherwise than to recognised merchant distributors, and tbe quantity will be limited.
