Last month the receipts amounted to ' £27,897, £600 less than August, 1924, the 1 principal item being goods wharfage, £15,888. The receipts for the eight ' months have exceeded the estimates by ' £14,365. J ; At Manukau the receipts for the eight ; months amount to £4521, an increase of £690 over those for the corresponding period in 1924.
