NEPIA AND THE LEAGUE.
AN OFFICIAL DENIAL. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) NAPIER, Friday. The Hawke's Bay Rugby Union decided to officially refute'the suggestion of the possibility of Nepia, the All Black full-back, joining the League code and accepting an engagement with the Hull Club. It was pointed out that Nepia himself had no communication on the subject from the League people.
