Oats are dull to.the point of uTelessness. The offers or a week ago have not been maintained. A disappointing bulk of oats is/ going into consumption, and there is little, m the outlook of an encouraging nature- to holders. Quotacons are 4/2 i'.O-b,,. s.L, for A.'s,.and 3/10 lor B's. ■ . .
