Considerable interest is being taken in the first production of the Auckland Little Theatre Society, which will be Bernard «haw's " Fanny First Play." This will be stag-pd at the Operatic Society's Hall in Grafton Road, on Friday next, and four following nights. The performances will be open only to subscribers and their g-uests. and intending- subscribers may enrol at Lewis R. Eady and Son, Ltd., DIXIELAND CABARET. The series of Fleet Night sessions at Dixieland Cabaret, Upper Queen Street, is now in full swing, end this evening patrons will take part in " Mississippi Night." Decorations or a gpeclal nature, and music appropriate to the occasion, will contribute towards the success of the night. Dixielands " Midnight Follies " will be a special feature at each evening session. Colorado night will be on Monday, Medusa and Kanawha night on Tuesday, Tennessee night Wednesday, Idaho night Thursday, Maryland night Friday, while Saturday night will be a special night ror the young ensigns of the Fleet. Each afternoon, from 2 to 5 p.m., there will be sessions at day prices.
