The only undefended divorce action heard by Mr.- Justice Reed in the Supreme Court this.morning , was that in which Thomas Kirby (Mr. Inder) pro'cceded against Florrie Kirby on the grounds of misconduct with a man unknown. After evidence his Honor granted a. decree nisi, to be made absolute iii three months.
