MOTION FOR INJUNCTION.
I ■ -t.li ■■■..■ CASE ADJOURNED SINE DIE. A motion for an injunction under rule 466 to restrain Robert Brown, skating rink proprietor (Mr;-Paterson, instructed by Messrs. Hesketh( Richmond, and Clayton), from ueing the rink, was brought by Alfred Hugh Kerr (Mr. Quartley) in the Supreme Court before Mr. Justice Reed this morning. Mr. Quartley also moved to have the wife of plaintiff joined in the action. He stated that defendant had a skating rink on the first floor of a building in Great South Road. Hia client, who was in business in the building, found it impossible to work owing to tho noise of the ekaters and the interference of the people passing through the building. There was ho objection to the skating during other than business hours. At this stage his Honor held that the matter must be tried on affidavit. As Mr. Quartley wae not prepared to proceed on the affidavit* already fliea the case was adjourned sine die.
