ELECTION OF OFFICERS. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) HAMILTON, Wednesday. The election to fill four vacancies on the directorate of itlie New Zealand Co-operative Dairy Company, Ltd., which took place to-day, resulted "in the return of the four retiring directors, Messrs. E. H. McKenzie, J. T. Young, J. T. Bn-ant, and W. E. Hale. The election has been a bitterly fought one, and lias been productive of the issue of several writs for alleged slander. Details of the voting are as follow:—■ NORTHERN ELECTORAL DISTRICT.
