(By Telegraph—Press Association.) OHRISTCHURCH, this day. The "Lyttelton Times" says that, in view of the state of Mr. T. M. Wilford's health, arrangements will probably have to be made to carry on tho leadership of the National party, at any rate temporarily. Though the matter has not been formally discussed, it is expected that Mr. Wilford will ask for leave of absence.
