i A SECRET TREATY. • PARIS, August 11. The Berlin correspondent of the "Petit Parisien" learns that the Russo-German Conference, held in Berlin recently, drew up an addendum to the Treaty of Kapallo. The terms are kept secret, but it is believed it will determine the lines of future Tiusso-German collaboration in ilrj event of Gcrmanv entering the League of Nations or signing the guarantee pact. —(Eeuter.)
