WHOLE FORTUNE TO SOLICITOR NONE TO THE FAMILY. (Received 11 a.m.) LONDON, August 11. Field-Marshal the Earl of Yprcs left £25,101, all to Mr. Edward Cox, solicitor, of Westminster, a lifelong friend, without reservation of any kind. The will contained eight lines only. F.M. Ypres , family is unable to explain the will, especially as his son is succeeding to the title. The Countess Ypres, however, belongs to the well-to-do Selby-Lowndes family, and was recently residuary legatee to £SO,OOO in the estate of the" Countess of Charlemont.— (A. and N.Z. Cable.)
