Public Notice Is hereby given that, at a Special Meeting of the Mount Eden Borough Council, held on the 20th day of July, 1925, the following Resolution was passed;— " In pursuance of the powers conferred on it by the Municipal Corporations Act, 1920. the Tramways Act, lflOS, and of every other power In that behalf enabling it, the Mount Eden Borough Council hereby resolves by way of Special Order as follows: Part XXVIII. of the Auckland City Council by-law No. 1, made by tha Auckland City Council on the Nineteenth day of May, 1925, Is hereby confirmed. ,. Notice is also given that the said Resolution will be submitted to a Special Meeting of the said Council, to be held at the Council Chambers, Mount Eden, on the 24th day of August, 1925, for confirmation as a Special Order.
