I THE ANNUAL REPORT. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) DUNEDIN, Tuesday. The annual report or the directors or the Standard Insurance Company states that the net income for the year ended June :iO amounts to £iO.()I8 17/0 to which has to be added the balance carried forward from last year, viz., £ 18.0? t 1/8 making- a total of £58,090 ii/h. Over one hundred members attended tlie annual meeting , of the Bay of Plenty Dairy Association, Te Puke, on Tuesday, the chairman or directors, Mr. T. A. SlcOee, presiding-. Tho annual report showed that I 1002 tons ol" butter bad been manufac- : tured, an inrrea.se or i:s<S ions ovrr the previous season's results. The average payment for superfine butterfat will work out at 1/0.00 per lb. inclusive or cost of cream cartage. The directors retiring by rotation were Messrs. T. A. McOee. \V. E. Singleton and \V. J. Law. As these were tlie only nominations they were declared duly elected. It was stated at the meeting , that 200 tons of the new season's butter has already been sold at i/T per lb net, f.o.b.

PIOPIO DAIRY CO.

There were about 150 members at tlie annual meeting- or the Piopio Co-operative Dairy Co. on Tuesday, Mr. J. E. Trust, chairman of directors, presiding. The directors' report showed that tho output for the season had amounted lo 35:t tons or butter, an increase or 52 tons over last season's record. The total payment lor supplies will average 1/5.1-J per lb for llrst grade, and a dividend or fl p<T cent i.s to be paid on all paid up capital.
