EX-SULTAN ON TRIAL.
MURDER OF HIS DOCTOR. (Received 1.30 p.m.) CONSTANTINOPLE, August 0. The trial has commenced at Angora, of the ex-Sultan of Turkey, who as now living in Switzerland. He ie charged with the murder of hie doctor. Rechad Pasha, who accompanied the exSultan to San Remo. where he was found shot in the head by a revolver in March, 1024. It wae reported that he had committed suicide, but it is now believed that lie was murdered for conniving at the Sultan's downfall.— ("Sun.")
