(By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright.)
MADRID, August 5,
A message from Barcelona says it is officially stated that seven prisoners are now awaiting trial in connection with the attempt which was made during the recent Royal visit to Barcelona to blow up in a tunnel the train on which King Alfonso was travelling. The plot is ascribed to the activities of French extremists. — (A. and N.Z. Cable.)
