CHURCH MEETINGS.
■ ELLERSLIE PRESBYTERIAN. '.- The annual, meeting of the Ellerslie Presbyterian Church.was largely attended : The agenda contained a list of twenty ; I reports of the various organisations, and all ' were submitted and. approved; The first , report of the newly-formed out-statlon at Fenrose was presented-by Mr. R. R. Altken and Mr. J. W. Tizard, who received a very hearty welcome from all present. The Ellerslie treasurer's statement showed a . total income of £438,. general account, and . £75 building fund account. The year close* with n credit balance of: General account ,Ho 15/ and building fund £48 4/3. The . chairman (Rev. G. W. Blair) congratulated the members on the fact that compared [ with five years ago the income had , increased by 40 per cent.
