Public Notice is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Mount Roskill Road Board convened for the purpose and held on Tuesday, the 28th day of July, 1925, the • following Special Resolution was passed intending that the same shall operate' as a Special Order, viz.:— In pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on lt by the Tramways Act, . 1908, and of every other powers in that behalf enabling it, the Mount Roskill Road Board doth hereby by way of Special Order ordain as follows :t— That the Mount Roskill Road Board doth hereby by Special Resolution intending that the same shall operate as a -Special Order resolve that the Mount Roskill Road Board adopts part XXVIII. of the Auckland City. Council's By-laws No. 1, made by the Auckland City Council on the 19th day of May, 1925. relative to the management •of the -Auckland City Tramways.
