OVER AGAIN
NEW ZEALAND V. NEW SOUTH WALES. This afternoon the New Zealand representatives will have the opportunity to avenge the defeat they suffered at the hands of Xew South Wa.les in the opening match of the tour. The win on that occasion was a very narrow one, 7 points to 4 in favour of the home team, but it is admitted on all sides that the New Zealanders were unlucky .and should have won. If these opinions are to be relied upon the blacks to-day may have their turn, but it is noticeable that there have been many changes in the team since the first game was decided. Brisbane is included in the three-quarter line in place of Kirwah, Laing has given place at five-eighths to Saunders, while Wilson-Hall replaces Webb at half. The forwards only show one alteration. Herring replacing Ellis. The forwards can be relied upen to do their share and the only doubt is whether the backs will be able to sive the necessary support.
