Ward Price, writing in the "Daily Mail" says: "The threatening racist clash between black and white in South Africa is becoming the outstanding pro-loin. Tens of thousands of the natives of South Africa .are capable of culture. The menace to which Mr. Price refers is the menace .of "Ethiouianism," and there is nothing now in it. It was a force in Africa the war between the BritJßluand-. the Boers, and was led by clever, Negroes from tho United States. Mr. Price, has not said in that part of his article quoted-above that these, ex-ceedingly-vital races of magnificent men aro polygamous, ami that a man may have .as-many wives as he has wealth to;buy.
