ARMS IN GERMANY.
DISOBEYING THE ALLIES. i LONDON, June 9. The report of the Inter-Allied Commission of Control, which formed the basis of the disarmament Note dispatched to Germany on Friday, has been published. The majority of Germany's infractions of the Treaty of Versailles are embodied in the Note.
The report of the Commission enlarged on the resistance and obstruction on the part of Germany to the Allied military authorities. It charged the Germans with dissimulation, notably as to the military training of youths and the secret possession of surplus war material and armaments.— (Reuter.)
