MANIAC ATTACKS WOMEN.
GHASTLY NEW YORK CRIME. NEW YORK, June 1. The police are hunting for a maniac who is suspected of having murdered a pretty girl named Florence Kane. She was hound, gagged, assaulted, and killed, and her body was thrown on a rubbish heap. Two other women in the same neighbourhood were attacked and norrowly escaped a similar fate.
