CHURCH OF CHRIST, PONSONBY
The sixty-fifth anniversary of tbe Church of Christ, Ponsonby Road, will be celebrated to-night by a reunion of old members. Sixty-five years ago the church was started in a little building in Cook Street. The chairman to-night, Mr. E. C. Carr, is a son of one of the founders of the church. In the intervening years the church was moved to more commodious premises in Ponsonby Road, and branches established at Richmond, Dominion Road and Avondale. The nddresses to-night are to be interspersed with musical items.
