Caillaux. the Minister of Finance, is determined to utilise and. if necessary, support the franc, which at present is over one hundred to the f. All American credits are available as a result of tho Morgan loan, in addition to further large sums, but the moment of the Government's intervention will be kept secret to prevent speculation.— (A. and N.Z.
