CYCLIST IN HOSPITAL.
i COLLIDES WITH A TRAIN. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) WHANGAREI, this day. While cycling to work about 8 a.m to-day, a railway employee uamed E. Ruffles, of Kamo, c_me into collision with a train at Kensington level crossing. Ruffles had pulled up, but evidently misjudged the distance on remounting, as he came into contact with a truck at the rear of the train. He was admitted to the hospital suffering from concussion, shock and a scalp wound. He i» progressing favourably.
