WESTERN AUSTRALIA.
During the third quarter (JanuaryMarch) of the present financial year, Western Australia imported goods from countries overseas to the value of £1,947,810, or £114,202 more than for the corresponding period last year. Exports from the State were valued at £3,041,(130, which is a decrease of £529,834, but the trade balance in favour of the State is £1,993,817. The United Kingdom supplied £1.005,388 worth of goods, the U.S.A. £380,001, Canada £08,20.",, Germany £28,193, Japan £22.108. China and Hongkong £0248, and the Netherlands East Indies, £120,037.
