INFLUENZA AND TYPHOID.
EPIDEMICS IN StTVA. (Received 2.30 p.m.) SUVA, this day. There are epidemics of gastric influenza and mild typhoid in Suva and its suburbs. A total" of 70 European, patients are in the War Memorial Hospital, also many Indians, but no Fijians. One European and two Indians have di«d. The schools are closing to-day. — (A. and N.Z. Cable.)
