That the purpose for which the Loan is required is the completion of the drainage scheme within the drainage area of the Borough of Northcote. J. including extensions, laying pipes, and = all other matters incidental to the provision of such drainage scheme. 2. That the Northcote Borouch Council. , being unable to provide the necessary '■ funds for such works out of the ordinary revenue proposes to borrow a i- sum not exceeding £11.000. ;, 3.
