"TE AWAMUTT, Saturday. The Xew Zealand -Co-Operativo Herd Tcstinrr Association's statistics for. the month of March are now available. .'Tne highest herd average in the whole 4-2 groups was registered- by a herd of 12 cows in the Kihikihi group-with 41.101b butterfat. Tlie Te Awamutu group ave-. rage was 35.31b from 50 cows. Te Kawa 33.571b from 23 cows, Ohaupo 34.071b from 20 cows, Otorohanga 35.231b from. 42 cows. Te Kawa had the lowest herd average, 33 cows only* returning l'o.blllh butterfat. Te Awamutu's lowest was a herd of 44 cows which averaged lu.iHlb, Kihikihi 2il cows 17.311b butterfat. Ohaupo 37 cows 18.171b, Otorohanga 72 cows 17.371b. The best tow in the association was from Otorohanga group witli 81.b'01b fat, Te Awamutu's" best cow returned 72.751b, Kihikihi 58.2911-. Ohaupo 73.441b. Te Kawa G3.181b. The worst cows in the local groups were: Ti Kawa 1.951b fat, Te Awamutu S.ioib, Kihikihi 4.181b, Ohaupo 4.721b and Otorohanga C.ollb.
