KOREAN CONTRACTORS' ACT. j COURTING DECAPITATION. I i (Received 1 p.m.) TOKYO, April 27. Fifty Koreans, who were found lying with their necks on the rail waiting fo° the express, were removed and arrested in the Hachioji district. They comprised contractors employed on track work, who believed themselves swindled, and sought revenge by wholesale suicide. They were on the Verge of starvation.—(A- and X.Z. Cable.)
