HEATING PLANT INSTALLED. POSSIBLE INCREASE IN CHARGES. Patrons of the tepid water baths at Hobson Street will possibly have to pay increased admission fees shortly. In a report submitted by the city engineer to the City Council last evening he stated that tlie heating and filtration plant at the Hobson Street baths hud been brought. into use. although the whole of the work was not yet completed.
