Platts, S.M., charges laid under \ the Stock Act were preferred against. j several settlers by Inspector G. B. Mcl- : rose .of having exposed lice-infested \ sheep in saleyards. Archie Emmett, ■ Owen Monckton, Richard Holmes, and McGregor "were each fined £2 and ordered ! to pay costs.
