NAPIER WOOL SALE.

FALL IN BRIGHT LOTS. LOW GRADES HIGHE3. (By Telegraph.—Press Assoclntlon.) NAPIER, Wednesday. The final Nnpier wool sale of the season was held to-night, when 12,566 bales ■were offered. The catalogue consisted chiefly of late shorn and back country wools, eenernlly heavy in condition and Bkirty. Bidding was fairly spirited. The sale will continue until well after midnight. It would seem that all Rood, bright wools are down very considerably, the drop heing estimated at ljd to 2Jd a lb. on the last sale held here. Ek>w grade rough and cotty wools were keenly competed for, and sold above expectations, some making as much as good, bright lots. Prices for this class were certainly much harder. The bulk of the lambs' wool was passed in.
