THE WORLD COURT.
ATTITUDE AT "WASHINGTON. (Received 2 p.m.) WASHINGTON, March 3. The House of Representatives to-day adopted a resolution expressing "the earnest desire" of the United States to adhere to the World Court Protocol. Senate action of Presidential approval is unnecessary. The resolution simply expresses the opinion of the House.— (Reuter.)
