ZINOVIEFFS LETTER.
"A STUPID FORGERY." PARIS, February 11. The Communist organ "Humanite" describes the alleged letter from Zinovieff, chairman of the Third (Communist) International, to M. Cachin, leader of the French Communists, proposing a revolt of the masses in North Africa, as a Btupid forgery. It compares it with the Zinovieff letter which was published in Britain on the eve of the last general election. The paper accuses the anti-Com-munists of desiring to overthrow the left bloc by brandishing a forgery on the eve cf the French municipal elections.— (Reuter.)
