In the Supreme Court case against : William Thomas Moulin, railway em- ' ployee, of Waikanae, of indecent assault on males, the jury announced that the evidence wag not sufficient to warrant a conviction. His Honor accepted thu as a verdict of not guilty, and th" prisoner was disehraged. j
