FEAT JN BROADCASTING. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, this day. To lift the receiver oIV an ordinary telephone and hear musical selections from far away Chicago coming over the. wires was the experience in the "Lyttclton Times" oilire last evening. The; music was a test, broadcast from the radio station of the Rainbow Garden Restaurant, in Chicago, and was received by the receiving station of Mr. K. Shipley. Of Ilarcwood, whence it. was relayed ( over the ordinary telephone wires to the "Tillies'' office.
