A NEW PHASE, " MAN'S INHUMANITY TO MAN." ißeceived 11 a.m.) LONDON, February 4. Clydebank factors to-day carried out a surprise move against two out. of the four tenants who on Saturday interchanged houses with a view to defeating interdicts.
Joiners and plumbery cut off the pas and water supplies, and removed the windows and doors, upon which the tenants departed, and new tenants occupied the houses. — (Reuter.)
