MISSION TO VATICAN. 'Received 9.150 a.m.i PARIS, February 4. On tho resumption of the foreign estimates debate, the Chamber voted, by 317 to 246, in favour of the provision of a special mission to the Vatican to represent. Alsace-Lorraine. The motion was drafted in a special form to overcome the hostility of the Socialists.— (Reuter.)
