The bowling tournament was continued to-day, the fourth and fifth rounds of the pairs championship being played together with section ties. The beautiful weather favouring the tournament continues, bnt the greens were not quite so tiery as yesterday. Results:--Section A. —Ed wards (Terauka), ;> wins. In Section B Fookes beat Allen (Wellington), 33—25, and lost to Gordon (St. John's, 25 —16. Clarke beat Patersoa. (Wellington), 29—13, and Allen, 25—17. Tonkin won the section. In Section C C. Hosking lost to Potteous, 23—12, and beat Dawson (Wellington), 23—21. Lamb beat Dawson, •21—12, and lost to Laws (Victoria), 22—14. In Section D Pilkington beat Brackenridge, 23—21, and Herron (Island Bay), 21—12. Muston lost to Moffat (St. John's), 20—19, and to Brackenridge, 24—23.
